This is a monthly billable service.
There will be a signed contract which stipulates work and billing.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
Our contract terms provide for cancellation with one month notice in the first six months, and three months' notice thereafter.
- How do I switch plans, downgrade or upgrade my service with you?
All our terms are customised for each client. Any mutually agreed changes will go through a revision of the terms of the contract.
