  • What kind of turnaround time can I expect from you?

    We usually respond to any communication within a maximum of 2 working days.

    In an emergency you can always contact us by WhatsApp/ phone during working hours.

  • Who will be my contact points at Spectrum Consulting and how often would reporting happen?

    In the initial phase, your primary contact will be the Senior Mentor in-charge of your project.

    Once the process is live, your primary contact will be the Project Supervisor. 

    We usually have review meetings with you every 15 days.

  • In case of an emergency how do I contact you?

    You will be provided with the contact details of the Supervisor as well as the Business Owner.

  • What kind of support do you offer to your clients?

    Whatever is required and agreed between us.

    This is factored into the contract.

  • How long does it take to implement a project?

    Typically 3 months to go live and 6 months to reach full productivity.
