FAQs: Staff Competence & Locations

  • How do you train your staff?

    All our staff work from home.

    We invest in learning about your business process using Senior Mentors.

    Our Supervisors and Senior Mentors will then create SOPs for each process along with a training plan for the staff. The training includes the productivity standards expected from the staff.

    The assigned staff, together with the back up team, are then trained on the SOPs.

    We also have refresher training for the staff based on their performance vis-a-vis the defined standard.

    Our entire staff  works with Microsoft Teams, a tool which we also use for Training.

  • How qualified are the staff working with you?

    We recruit our staff based on the requirements of business processes.

    We focus a lot on staff temperament and attitude when we recruit.

    At the minimum our staff will be graduates with excellent English skills.

    If you need staff with specific skills and/or certifications, we will identify and recruit them for you.

  • What is the turnaround time for each service?

    It typically takes 3 months for the process to go live and purr for you.

  • Who will be doing the work?

    Our dedicated and trained employees in India will work to the standards defined in the SOPs

  • Where is the work done from?

    All our staff permanently work from home.

    We ensure that they have good internet connectivity and computers before we train them on your processes.

  • Do you support languages other than English?

    No, we only offer English.
