    Prepare for the first meeting. Please keep a list of the type and number of employees in your organization with a brief description of their work processes.

    2. Draw up a plan for your outsourcing project 
    3. Figure out the details of connectivity, personnel, training, SOPs, Reporting, etc.
    4. Identify a Senior Supervisor who will handle your work and assign him or her to this project.
