HOW IT WORKS You establish contact with us so we can set up the communication channel and sign off on a liability disclaimer and confidentiality agreement. You identify work that you would like done on the day and estimate the time required for it. By 8:30 AM Indian Standard Time we would have our estimate of the spare hours available for the day based on attendance and client work volumes By 9:00 AM Indian Standard Time we will communicate with you stating whether we will be able to take up your work on that day. This would be based on the hours available and other requests we receive. On confirmation from you we do the work and get back to you by the end of workday in India, which is 5:00 PM Indian Standard Time. You can review the work when you begin your workday. At the end of the month, we send you a statement of all that we have done with your estimated hours and the actual hours taken.
